We are recruiting individuals with the following characteristics to assist in our projects:
- Self-driven and ambitious
- History of having made cool things
- Good communication skills (English)
- Ability to respond to feedback
- Frequent Skype access

Songs of War
SET DESIGNER
Quantity: Unlimited
Task: Assist in building the world of Songs of War, such as castles, villages, bridges, landscape decoration, and more.
Requirements:
1) History of having made impressive Minecraft builds in the medieval and fantasy themes.
2) Minecraft for the PC.
3) Willing to work as a group on projects if needed.
4) Skype, for communication.
Time Requirement: Ability to build almost daily, even if just for an hour or two, for the next 30 days or so.
Quantity: Unlimited
Task: Assist in building the world of Songs of War, such as castles, villages, bridges, landscape decoration, and more.

Task: Read through the already-written script and look for ways to improve the writing/dialog.
Requirements:
1) History of having written dialog-centric stories before, such as fan fictions, machinima scripts, etc. Genres of drama and adventure preferred over comedy.
2) Strong English language skills.
3) A strong interest in our animations and willingness to volunteer a lot of your time to improve the writing.
Time Requirement: You will be expected to read and edit three seasons of writing over the next few months. Each season will be provided to you about a month or two apart, and ideally we would like your edits for that season within two or three weeks.

3D ANIMATOR
Description: This is a position we have been getting a lot of requests about but we haven’t formally been recruiting for. In our Minecraft Animation tutorials we mentioned the interest in potentially recruiting a few more animators in the future, however it may have come across wrong. Black Plasma Studios is not a channel which uploads other videos just for the sake of more views, such as Machinima.com. We are a small team of animators and content creators with similar interests and styles creating similar content primarily for BPS. We could always use a few more core team members, but we want to recruit people who are willing to invest themselves primarily in BPS. We are extremely picky about this position, as you need to both have skills (or developing them) as well as a personality which fits well with the rest of the team. The hypothetical question you should ask yourself if you are interested in this position is: “If Black Plasma Studios had an office, would you be willing to come to the office and work with the team?”

Task: Creating original animations (preferably Minecraft, as they are currently the most successful on our channel) for Black Plasma Studios, as well as lending help, knowledge, and collaboration with team members.
Requirements:1) Ability to prove experience or expertise in 3D animation, specifically Minecraft animation.
2) Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to potentially work as a team or be involved in gameplay, podcasts, or other group activities.
3) Interested in the channel success as a whole, and preferable interest in working full time on YouTube if possible.

2) Ability to leave your computer on over night rendering animations.
3) Skype, and the ability to respond and begin rendering within 24 hours of a project needing rendering.
4) Rather than seeing “examples of work” for this position, I simply need you to run these renders on your GPU and tell me your times:
